    Cash or Zelle are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is expected at time of service.

     I do not participate with any insurance plans. All services are conducted on a fee-for-service basis and I am an out-of-network provider. This means that you will pay directly for your services. You are welcome to deal directly with your insurance carrier for any out-of-network reimbursement for which you are eligible. As a licensed mental health provider, my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. This is between you and your insurance company. Before scheduling your first appointment, please check your coverage carefully to be certain of your terms and reimbursement rates.
